Frequently asked questions
What CaesarHire does, what it deliberately does not do, and what happens to your information.
What is CaesarHire?
CaesarHire is a personal agent for getting hired. It reads your CV, interviews you about what you have actually done, agrees a search plan with you, then searches the market every day and brings you the roles you can genuinely win. For the ones you want, it writes a tailored CV and cover letter from facts you have confirmed, tracks the application, and handles recruiter replies you forward to it.
Does it apply to jobs for me?
No, and that is deliberate. Your agent finds roles and writes the application pack, but you send every application yourself on the employer's own site. Nothing goes out in your name without you pressing the button.
Will it make things up on my CV?
No. Everything your agent knows about you is a fact you have confirmed, in your own words, and it will not put a line in an application that you have not said yes to. After writing each document it checks its own work and flags anything it cannot stand behind.
What does it cost?
CaesarHire is free while it is in beta. There is no card to enter, and signing in needs nothing but your email address and a 6-digit code.
Where do the jobs come from?
Your agent searches job boards, company career pages and applicant tracking systems, then scores everything it finds against your plan. It shows you only what clears the bar: a short honest list beats a padded one, and on a day it finds nothing worth your time it says so.
How does the practice interview work?
Three ways: a video call with an interviewer who asks real first-round questions, a spoken session you answer out loud, or a typed one. Video calls run five minutes and you get one a month. Out loud and typed practice are unlimited. Every session ends with an honest debrief from your agent, and video calls keep the full transcript for you to reread.
What is the Chrome extension for?
It brings your agent into the application forms you fill in elsewhere. On a page you ask it about, it reads the form, suggests answers from your confirmed facts, and tracks the application in your pipeline. It does nothing on any page until you press start, only ever looks at that one tab, and stops the moment you tell it to. It is free to install: search for CaesarHire on the Chrome Web Store, or follow the link from Settings.
What happens when a recruiter replies?
Forward their email to the personal CaesarHire address on your pipeline page. Your agent works out what the message means, moves the application to the right stage, and drafts a reply for you to send. It never replies to anyone on its own.
Can I change what it is looking for?
Any time, on your plan page: target roles, salary floor, countries, remote or hybrid. Your agent also watches which roles you approve and reject, and when it spots a pattern it tells you in plain words and asks whether to change the plan. It never changes the plan without your yes.
Which countries does it work in?
You tell your agent which countries you want to work in and whether you already have the right to work there. It searches those markets, and it will not put you in front of a role you could not legally take.
Do I need a password?
Not to start. You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code we send you, which expires after ten minutes and can only be used once. If you would rather not wait for a code, you can set a password in Settings at any time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Settings has all of it: start over to clear your CV, interview, confirmed facts and plan; delete your extension history and saved answers separately; download everything we hold about you; or delete your account outright.
