How CaesarHire works, start to finish.

Overview

CaesarHire is a personal agent for getting hired. It learns what you have actually done, agrees a search plan with you, searches the market every day, and prepares each application from facts you have confirmed. You keep two things: the final say on your plan, and the send button on every application.

Getting started

  1. Sign in. Enter your email. We send a 6-digit code that lasts ten minutes. No password needed, though you can set one in settings if you would rather not wait for a code.
  2. Upload your CV. PDF, Word or pasted text. Your agent reads it before it asks you anything, the way a good recruiter would.
  3. Have the conversation. A chat, not a form: what you do now, what you have achieved, what you are escaping, what you want next, pay, notice, location and right to work.
  4. Confirm what is true. Everything it picked up becomes a fact you say yes or no to. This list is the only thing it is ever allowed to claim about you.
  5. Read your assessment. An honest read on where you stand, then a search plan you approve before anything starts.

Your profile

Your profile is a list of facts in your own words: jobs, achievements, skills, qualifications, languages, interests, what you want, and your right to work. Each one is confirmed by you, and your agent will not write a line in any application that is not on that list.

You can add, edit or remove facts at any time on your plan page. Editing changes how something reads, never what happened, and your agent keeps a note of the original.

Your search plan

The plan is what your agent searches against: your main target role, others you would consider, the least you would accept and what you are aiming at, the countries you want to work in, and whether you will go into an office.

Your agent also watches the decisions you make. When a pattern is clear, for example three roles rejected as underpaid, it tells you in plain words and asks whether to change the plan. Nothing changes without your yes.

The daily shortlist

  • Up to twenty roles a day, each scored with the must-haves it meets and why your agent picked it.
  • Roles below your salary floor are only shown when your agent genuinely rates the job, and it says so.
  • Adverts older than a month are dropped: they are usually filled or buried under hundreds of applicants.
  • A short list beats a padded one. On a day nothing clears the bar, your agent tells you it found nothing.
  • Every decision teaches it: approve, save, or reject with a reason, and the reason shapes tomorrow's list.

Applications

  1. You approve a role. It moves to your pipeline and your agent writes a CV and cover letter for that specific job, using only your confirmed facts.
  2. You review the pack. Read it, edit your profile if something is thin, and press write it again if you want another pass.
  3. You apply. On the employer's own site, in your own name. Your agent never sends an application for you.
  4. You mark it applied. That starts the clock for follow-ups and tells your agent to watch for a reply.

After writing each document your agent checks its own work and flags anything it cannot support from your confirmed facts, so you never send a claim you would have to defend in an interview.

Replies and follow-ups

Your pipeline page shows a personal CaesarHire address. Forward any recruiter email to it and your agent works out what the message means, moves the application to the right stage, and drafts a reply for you to send. It never replies to anyone itself.

When an employer goes quiet, ask your agent whether it is time to chase. It will tell you honestly, and draft the nudge if it is.

Practice interviews

  1. Video interview. A five-minute first-round interview with a video interviewer who asks real questions and pushes for numbers. One a month. Your agent watches and writes you an honest debrief, and the full transcript is kept.
  2. Out loud. Answer with your voice, get scored feedback on every answer. Unlimited.
  3. Typed. The same interview, typed. Unlimited, and strong answers are saved to your profile for later prep.

Chrome extension

The extension brings your agent into application forms elsewhere on the web. Install it from the Chrome Web Store, pair it once with a code from Settings, then on any job page press start assistance and it will read that page, suggest answers from your confirmed facts, and track the application in your pipeline.

  • It does nothing on any page until you press start.
  • It only ever reads the one tab you asked about, never your browsing.
  • Stop assistance ends the session immediately, and turn off disconnects the extension entirely.
  • It never stores passwords or answers to sensitive personal questions.

Your data

  • Start over clears your CV, interview, confirmed facts, assessment and plan, and keeps your account.
  • Delete your extension session history and saved answers separately, whenever you like.
  • Turn off the daily email from Settings, or from any email it sends you.
  • Download everything we hold about you as one file, from Settings.
  • Delete your account outright from Settings. It cannot be undone.
